Recovery & Collections Officer

• Strong, confident, and result-oriented personality
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong attitude encouraged)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field-based work and client visits
• Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license
• Basic knowledge of CRM/mobile reporting tools

• Follow up daily with clients for overdue payments via calls and other communication channels
• Conduct regular field visits to client locations for payment collection and resolution
• Ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and commitments in CRM
• Monitor payment promises and ensure timely follow-through
• Provide weekly/monthly recovery updates and forecasts to management
• Take ownership of assigned accounts from 30+ days overdue until full recovery

We are looking for a driven and resilient Recovery & Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. This is a field-intensive role involving both phone follow-ups and on-site visits to maintain strong control over receivables.
