Requirements :-

Strong, confident, and result-oriented personality
0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong attitude encouraged)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field-based work and client visits
Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license
Basic knowledge of CRM/mobile reporting tools

Job Responsibility :-

Follow up daily with clients for overdue payments via calls and other communication channels
Conduct regular field visits to client locations for payment collection and resolution
Ensure accurate tracking of all interactions and commitments in CRM
Monitor payment promises and ensure timely follow-through
Provide weekly/monthly recovery updates and forecasts to management
Take ownership of assigned accounts from 30+ days overdue until full recovery
