Requirements :-
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Confidence and professionalism in handling customer interactions
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or call centers is preferred but not mandatory
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Ability to quickly learn mortgage products, policies, and compliance requirements
- Basic computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office
Job Responsibility :-
- Promote and explain mortgage products to potential customers across Australia
- Handle inquiries, address customer concerns, and guide clients through the mortgage process
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with prospects and leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mortgage products, regulations, and best practices
