    Requirements :-

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
    • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
    • Good knowledge of sales strategy and market analysis
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
    • Strong networking and business communication abilities

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
    • Generate leads through networking, meetings, referrals, and market research
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations
    • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service presentations
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
    • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular business reports
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
    • Represent the company in business meetings, events, and networking programs
    • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful business deals
