Requirements :-

Bachelor’s Degree (Completed).
Minimum 2 years of work experience in any professional setting.
Must own a motorbike with a valid driving license.
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent client-handling and coordination abilities.
Proactive, reliable, and capable of multitasking.

Comfortable reporting directly to the Director/Owner.

Job Responsibility :-

Assist the Director in day-to-day business operations and strategic activities.
Coordinate land development (plotting) activities and monitor project progress.
Support sales activities including client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Conduct site visits and assist in property-related dealings.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure quality service.
Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and handle documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain organized records.
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Ensure professional communication and smooth operational flow.
