Requirements :-

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare, health IT, or medical systems
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, hospital administration, and the Nepali health ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Public Health, or Information Systems; MBA or MPH preferred

Job Responsibility :-

  • Identify and acquire new hospital and healthcare clients across Nepal’s private, public, and NGO sectors.

  • Build strong relationships with hospital directors, provincial health offices, donor partners, and procurement officials.

  • Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations and product demos.

  • Design and implement business development plans aligned with healthcare trends and company goals.

  • Monitor competitors, market changes, and regulations; advise on adaptive sales tactics.

  • Forecast revenue growth and set monthly/quarterly sales targets with strategic action plans.

  • Lead preparation and submission of EOIs, RFPs, and tenders for healthcare IT solutions.

  • Coordinate with technical, documentation, and finance teams to ensure quality proposals.

  • Supervise and mentor business development officers and sales support staff.

  • Guide team on client handling, solution positioning, and documentation best practices.

  • Collaborate with implementation, support, and product teams for smooth sales-to-delivery transition.

  • Track sales activities and pipeline reports using CRM tools.

  • Manage post-sales follow-ups, client satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.

  • Represent Mavorion at healthcare expos, industry events, and digital health workshops.
