Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role (healthcare or related industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and inventory
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational software
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Responsibility :-
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and supervise branch staff, including scheduling, performance, and discipline
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
- Plan, monitor, and control branch budgets, expenses, and revenue targets
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Coordinate with head office and other branches for operational alignment
- Implement company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports
- Promote branch services and support business growth initiatives
- Build strong relationships with customers, staff, and local stakeholders
