B2B Sales Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• More than 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, EV, clean-tech, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to meet company revenue targets.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to customize solutions for business clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closing and after-sales support.
• Track sales KPIs and generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
