After Sales Service Representative

• Excellent communication in English and Nepali.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in after-sales or client servicing.
• Customer-focused with strong multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and dashboards.
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally.

• Act as the main contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Resolve product/service complaints and ensure prompt solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and share regular reports with clients.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Share insights with teams for service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all after-sales activities.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Provide end-to-end client support and relationship management post-sale to ensure satisfaction, retention, and renewal through timely execution, tracking, and follow-ups.
