Texturing Artist

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Art, Design, 3D Texturing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in texturing for 3D models and game environments.
• Proficiency in Substance 3D Painter, Substance Designer, ZBrush, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of PBR workflows, including color, roughness, normal, and specular maps.
• Experience integrating textured assets into Unreal Engine.
• Strong artistic eye for detail, materials, lighting, and surface realism.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Create high-quality PBR textures for characters, props, and environments.
• Develop realistic and stylized textures using Substance 3D Painter, Substance Designer, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
• Integrate and optimize textured assets within Unreal Engine.
• Build benchmark materials using Substance Designer.
• Collaborate with modelers, animators, and technical artists to ensure seamless asset integration.
• Ensure textures meet artistic direction and technical requirements.
• Optimize texture quality and performance for production pipelines.
• Mentor junior artists on texturing techniques, workflows, and best practices.
