Concept Artist

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Design, Illustration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in concept art, illustration, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept art, character design, environment design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent digital art software.
• Ability to produce polished, production-ready artwork aligned with creative direction.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, anatomy, perspective, and lighting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Create high-quality concept designs based on project briefs with minimal supervision.
• Develop characters, environments, props, and other visual assets aligned with the project's artistic vision.
• Take ownership of moderate-complexity design tasks and deliver polished artwork on time.
• Research visual references, styles, and industry trends to inspire creative concepts.
• Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and production teams to refine designs based on feedback.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas throughout the development process.
• Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain consistency with the project's visual style and quality standards.
