3D Modeling Artist

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Art, Design, 3D Modeling, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Maya, Blender, ZBrush, or similar 3D software.
• Expertise in polygonal subdivision modeling and digital sculpting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, proportions, and scale.
• Experience with UV mapping and UDIM workflows.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Create high-quality 3D models for characters, props, and environments.
• Develop detailed facial blendshapes for realistic character expressions.
• Manage UV layouts efficiently using UDIM workflows for texture painting.
• Apply advanced knowledge of human and animal anatomy in character creation.
• Collaborate with concept artists, animators, rigging, and technical art teams.
• Ensure assets meet technical and artistic production standards.
• Review and mentor junior artists while maintaining quality consistency.
• Optimize models for production pipelines and game/animation requirements
