Software Quality Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in QA or Software Development.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Python scripting and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Develop and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Monitor and analyze Kubernetes clusters using Splunk, Datadog, and Komodor.
• Diagnose and resolve pod failures, restarts, and deployment issues.
• Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Validate CI/CD pipeline deployments and software releases.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Ensure product reliability, performance, and compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Stay updated on testing tools, automation practices, and industry trends
