    • Requirements :-

    Education 

    Bachelor's Degree in:

    • Related Field  

    Equivalent industry experience may be considered. 

     

    Experience 

    • Minimum 2 years of coding or STEM teaching experience.  

    • Experience teaching children preferred.  

    • Experience teaching online classes preferred.  

    • Experience with project-based learning preferred.

    Job Responsibility :-

    Teaching & Instruction 

    • Deliver live online coding classes to K–12 students.  

    • Teach according to Code Mantra curriculum and lesson plans.  

    • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences.  

    • Explain coding concepts in an age-appropriate manner.  

    • Encourage creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.  

    • Foster a positive and supportive virtual classroom environment.  

    • Adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles.  

    • Use project-based learning methodologies.

    • Provide regular updates on student progress.

    • Ensure active student participation.
