Technical Support Officer – SLA Level 1

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing (QA/QC role)
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
• Experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or similar
• Ability to write clear, structured, and effective test cases
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in fintech, education, or enterprise systems is an advantage

• Identify, detect, and report defects early to minimize production issues and rework
• Design, prepare, and maintain clear and reusable test cases and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web and mobile applications
• Ensure software releases meet defined functional and quality acceptance criteria
• Execute manual and automated testing to improve product reliability and stability
• Validate bug fixes and ensure defect resolution without recurrence
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders for efficient issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards
