Software Engineer - React.js

· Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field is required.

· 3 or more years of experience in front-end development

· Technical expertise in languages, technologies, and concepts for the following: HTML, Javascript, CSS, REACT, Web Graphics (Optimization), Information Architecture, Responsive Design, Email design

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

· Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

· Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

· Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

· Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

· Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs

· Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

· Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

· Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

· Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

· Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

· Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

· Learn and understand user interactions

· Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

· Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers

· As a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive.

· Determine the structure and design of our front-end applications on various devices including mobile devices

· Design a framework for creating user apps that grows with the needs of the company

· Utilize a variety of markup languages to write web pages and mobile app pages

· Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that our company website renders well across multiple devices

· Develop features to enhance the user experience

· Monitor website performance, watch for site usability problems, and rectify the issues
