QA Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

3+ years of hands-on experience in software QA and testing (manual and automation)

Strong experience in End-to-End (E2E) Testing with Playwright (Web) and Appium (Mobile)

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL for automation and test scripting

Solid understanding of STLC, QA methodologies, and Agile practices

Experience with bug tracking tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks

Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured, or similar)

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently

articipate in product design discussions to define functional tests, acceptance criteria, and testability of requirements

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing

Develop and execute automation scripts using Playwright (Web) and Appium (Mobile)

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across microservices, APIs, and UI layers

Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases in an Agile environment

Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools

Conduct thorough regression testing when issues are resolved

Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into build and deployment workflows

Validate system performance and reliability under load in collaboration with DevOps

Continuously research new tools, frameworks, and practices to improve testing efficiency

Investigate customer-reported issues and support root cause analysis
