Requirements :-

1–3 years of experience in technical support or implementation roles.

Comfortable working with web-based applications.

Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
-
Experience with workflow or automation platforms.
-
Basic scripting knowledge (Apps Script, JavaScript, or similar).
-
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or LegalTech environments.
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred.
-
BIT, BIM, BCA, or equivalent qualifications are strongly preferred.
Job Responsibility :-

Investigate and resolve application-related technical issues.
-
Debug workflows, automations, and system configurations.
-
Analyse errors and identify root causes.
-
Support setup of contracts, workflows, and document automation.
-
Configure solutions using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
-
Work with formulas, data mapping, and structured spreadsheets.
-
Assist with API-based integrations under guidance.
-
Work with the Technical Lead on complex implementations.
-
Support the automation team during high delivery periods.
-
Participate in internal training sessions.
-
Contribute to technical documentation.
-
Gradually take ownership of technical components.
