Plant Engineer and Factory Incharge

• Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in brewery or beverage production operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of brewing processes, production planning, and quality control standards.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Sound understanding of safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements in a manufacturing or brewery environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, including brewers, operators, and maintenance personnel.

• Experience in inventory management, procurement coordination, and production record-keeping.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production and operational issues.

• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in production tracking systems, inventory software, and basic MS Office applications.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle additional responsibilities as required.

• Oversee daily brewery operations to ensure efficient production workflows, compliance with safety regulations, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of production targets.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs for all production activities).

• Supervise and manage brewery personnel, including brewers, operators, and maintenance staff, to ensure optimal performance and teamwork.

• Manage raw materials, packaging supplies, and other inventory to prevent shortages, minimize waste, and avoid overstocking.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources required for production.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production output, inventory levels, and operational activities.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support brewery operations.
