Production Manager / Factory Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent.

• 5–8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastic, synpack, cement bag, or packaging industries.

• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

• Production planning and process optimization

• Team leadership and problem solving

• Quality control and cost management

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

• Implement and monitor SOPs to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain product quality and reduce rejection and wastage.

• Lead and manage production teams, shifts, and performance.

• Coordinate machine maintenance, utilities, and capacity planning.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor laws, and company policies.

• Control inventory usage and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal departments.
