- Master's Degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Minimum 3 years of teacher training and coaching experience
- Minimum 3 years of academic quality assurance experience
- Experience observing, evaluating, and mentoring teachers
- Experience managing online education programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or online learning environments
- K–12 education experience
- Teacher certification program management experience

Job Responsibility :-
- Lead the end-to-end teacher lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention.
- Source, evaluate, and hire high-quality teachers through interviews, assessments, and demo class evaluations.
- Design and deliver teacher training programs focused on instructional excellence, student engagement, classroom management, and technology usage.
- Conduct regular live and recorded class audits to ensure teaching quality and curriculum adherence.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development plans to improve teacher performance.
- Monitor teacher KPIs, including audit scores, student satisfaction, parent satisfaction, attendance, and retention.
- Develop and manage teacher certification and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with child safety policies, classroom standards, and company brand guidelines.
- Identify quality gaps and implement improvement initiatives across the teaching team.
- Collaborate with Academic Operations, Curriculum, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams to enhance learning outcomes.
- Prepare performance reports, quality assurance metrics, and teacher development plans.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teaching excellence.
