- Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services.
- Support daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
- Create and post engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and captions.
- Manage company social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Generate creative ideas for promotions, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture office activities, products, services, and event content.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in growing online presence.
- Coordinate with the team for promotional and branding activities.
