- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- fair level of organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibility :-
- Goods Receipt and Verification:
- Receive goods sent from other branches and verify them against the manifest.
- Ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.
Customer Communication:
- Inform customers regarding the dispatch of their goods.
- Provide timely updates and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Daily Reporting:
- Prepare daily reports on total dispatches to customers, total stock in the warehouse, and total Proof of Delivery (POD) received from customers.
- Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Cash Collection Coordination:
- Coordinate with the account focal person for daily cash collection.
- Ensure all cash transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Damage and Shortage Reporting:
- Report any damage or shortages of goods to other branches daily.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of any issues.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain cordial relationships with customers.
- Focus on customer retention by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns.
