Required Qualifications
· Minimum +2 (Intermediate) completed.
· Bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.
· Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
· Good communication skills in Nepali and basic English.
· Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Experience
· Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, or office assistant role is preferred.
· Customer service or hospitality experience will be highly desirable.
· Experience handling visitors, telephone communications, and office coordination will be an advantage.
Job Responsibility :-
Front Desk & Communication
· Receive and manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
· Transfer calls and take messages accurately.
· Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
· Maintain visitor records and assist with basic inquiries.
Guest Hospitality
· Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to guests and staff as required.
· Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.
· Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment.
Office Administration
· Monitor the performance of office cleaners and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
· Conduct regular checks of office premises, meeting rooms, reception area, kitchen, and common spaces.
· Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant service providers when required.
Inventory & Supplies Management
· Monitor and maintain stock levels of office stationery, pantry items, tea/coffee supplies, cleaning materials, and other consumables.
· Keep inventory records and arrange replenishment before stocks run low.
· Assist in procurement and purchasing of office supplies as directed by management.
General Administrative Support
· Assist management with routine administrative duties.
· Support smooth office operations and maintain a professional workplace environment.
· Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
