Network Engineer

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Perform network switching configuration and support VLANs, routing, and network connectivity.
• Configure and manage firewalls, including access rules, policies, VPNs, and basic security settings.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, latency, and performance-related problems.
• Support network configuration, deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, configuration, and network communication issues.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting records.
• Collaborate with System, Server, Security, and SOC teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Follow network security, availability, and operational best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on experience with network switches, firewalls, and network configuration.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Practical experience troubleshooting network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with firewall configuration, security policies, NAT, and access control.
• Ability to analyze network issues and identify root causes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer with practical experience managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with switches, firewalls, network configurations, and connectivity issues and should be able to independently diagnose and resolve day-to-day networking problems.

Candidates with strong practical networking experience should be prioritized over candidates whose experience is primarily theoretical or limited to basic IT support.
