Network Administrator

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, routing, and switching.
• Configure and support Arista EOS-based switches for Spine-Leaf architecture, Cisco/Fortinet or Juniper etc.
• Deploy and administer Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies.
• Implement EVPN-VXLAN overlays for scalable multi-tenant environments.
• Hands on experience Configure routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, ECMP, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)
• Configure NAT, security policies, VPNs, IPSec, Global Protect, SSL decryption, MPLS, Load balancing, Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and URL filtering.
• Monitor network health, latency, bandwidth utilization, and application performance.
• Understanding of high-availability and redundant network architectures.
• Understanding secure network architecture and cybersecurity implementation as per the best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production network incidents.
• Participate in 24×7 on-call support for critical production environments.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications in CCNA, CCNP enterprise, can be beneficial.
• 1–5 years of professional experience in in a Tier II/Tier III/Tier IV Data Center, ISP, Telecom Operator, Cloud Provider, or Enterprise Network environment will be an added advantage.

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network infrastructure devices.
• Configure and maintain secure remote connectivity using IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, and GRE tunnels.
• Implement network redundancy, high availability, failover, and disaster recovery networking solutions.
• Configure and manage enterprise firewalls, Access Control Lists (ACLs), NAT, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation.
• Support the implementation of Zero Trust networking principles and enterprise cybersecurity best practices.
• Troubleshoot networking issues across LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, MPLS, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Monitor network availability, utilization, latency, throughput, and overall performance to ensure maximum uptime and service reliability.
• Assist in integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud networking environments.
• Configure and maintain core network services including DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, Syslog, RADIUS, TACACS+, and AAA.
• Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, patching, firmware updates, and infrastructure optimization.
• Monitor network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring and logging platforms.
• Analyze traffic patterns, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance improvements.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, IP addressing plans, topology diagrams, rack layouts, configuration backups, and disaster recovery documentation.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, operational standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, systems, and operations teams to support infrastructure projects and service improvements.
• Configure and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP/HSRP, static routing, and inter-VLAN routing.

We are looking for a technically skilled Network Administrator with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise or data center networking. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, network security, and high-availability architectures. Experience with Arista, Palo Alto, Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper, BGP, OSPF, and EVPN-VXLAN will be highly valued. A proactive problem-solver who can handle critical incidents and work effectively in a 24×7 operational environment will be a great fit.
