Marketing & Brand Promotion Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, brand promotion, or a related role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging promotional ideas.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with field visits and store coordination.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler.

• Plan and execute in-store, outdoor, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate branding activities, promotional displays, and campaign execution across stores.
• Ensure proper placement and maintenance of banners, posters, standees, and other promotional materials.
• Support the organization of events, product launches, promotional activations, and customer engagement programs.
• Manage and update social media content and promotional communications.
• Coordinate with vendors, printing agencies, and suppliers for marketing materials and branding requirements.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor brand visibility and promotional compliance.
• Track customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and marketing performance metrics.
• Assist in developing innovative marketing ideas to attract customers and increase sales.
• Maintain records of marketing budgets, promotional expenses, and campaign activities.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
