Marketing Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Studies (BBS) with a focus on Marketing.
• 2–3 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in the agriculture sector (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or agri-tech).
• Strong digital marketing skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns and analysing performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a results-oriented mindset and commitment to exceeding goals.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote agricultural inputs
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content including brochures, social media posts, videos, newsletters, and success stories.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using KPIs, and apply data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and achieve subscription and sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand farmer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities to guide marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales goals, providing them with effective tools and materials.
