Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue-focused marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience marketing products to US or international markets.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and WordPress CMS.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and enterprise-level marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, or ERP/SaaS industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation is preferred.
Job Responsibility :-
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and lead generation.
- Manage full-funnel demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email marketing, and SEO channels.
- Create and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise staffing companies in the US and Canada.
- Build strong product positioning and go-to-market strategies for Zenople ERP and its modules.
- Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, case studies, webinars, whitepapers, and video campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Nepal-based marketing team and external agencies.
- Oversee branding, creative direction, and marketing communication consistency across all channels.
- Plan and execute event marketing strategies for webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to improve marketing performance and positioning.
- Support customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives through targeted campaigns.
- Prepare marketing reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
