Performance Marketing Executive

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Good understanding of campaign reporting and analytics tools
• Familiarity with multi-client account management is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and performance tracking

• Assist in planning and executing Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Create, boost, and manage social media paid campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI
• Prepare campaign performance reports and analytics insights
• Manage ad budgets and ensure effective spending
• Conduct audience targeting and campaign testing strategies
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad materials
• Analyze campaign trends and competitor activities
• Support multiple client accounts and marketing projects
