Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns for sales and after-sales.

Knowledge of lead generation, local activations, events, and digital promotions.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising.

Experience coordinating with in-house or external marketing agencies.

Ability to organize promotional events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.

Exposure to MIS reporting, KPI/KRA tracking, and marketing performance analysis.

Job Responsibility :-

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for both sales and after-sales to achieve business targets and maintain a strong market presence.

Lead Generation & Campaigns: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and digital promotions to generate high-quality leads and support sales growth.

Aftersales Promotions: Design and implement service camps, customer retention initiatives, and workshop offers to increase service footfall and customer loyalty, in coordination with the in-house marketing agency.

Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, online advertising, and dealership visibility across digital channels to strengthen the Suzuki brand image, working closely with the in-house marketing agency.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, analyze customer feedback, and monitor market trends to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.

Events & Corporate Tie-ups: Organize roadshows, promotional events, and corporate partnerships to enhance brand exposure and drive both sales and service revenue.

MIS & Reporting: Coordinate, prepare, and analyze MIS reports for all marketing-related KRAs and KPIs to track performance and support decision-making.
