Requirements :-

More than 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in education, study abroad, or service industry)

Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance campaigns

Experience managing marketing budgets and teams

Prior experience in the international education sector is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Develop and strengthen the consultancy’s brand identity in the study abroad market

Position the organization as a trusted advisor for students seeking international education

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, communications, and collateral

Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
-
Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement
-
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
-
Develop and automate email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences
-
Design and implement campaigns to attract qualified prospective students
-
Manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
-
Work closely with the counselling team to convert leads into enrollments
-
Monitor and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
-
Develop high-value educational content (blogs, videos, webinars, reels, infographics)
-
Create country and university-specific content (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Manage student testimonials and success stories for credibility building
-
Create newsletters and manage WhatsApp broadcast campaigns
-
Organize education fairs, open days, and university partner visits
-
Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and virtual information sessions
-
Coordinate with university representatives for on-ground promotional activities
-
Liaise with university marketing and recruitment teams
-
Execute co-branded campaigns with partner institutions
-
Manage marketing aspects of MOUs and partnership agreements
-
Analyze trends in global study destinations and student preferences
-
Monitor competitor strategies and campaign performance
-
Identify new opportunities (destinations, courses, student segments)
-
Track marketing funnel performance and optimize conversion rates
-
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management
-
Maintain accurate lead tracking and segmentation within CRM systems
-
Lead content creators, designers, and digital marketing specialists
-
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and mentor team members
-
Collaborate with counselling, visa, and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging
