Requirements :-
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, or promotions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of BTL marketing and brand activation concepts
- Strong communication skills in Nepali and English
- Willingness to work in the field and travel outside Kathmandu when required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Proactive, flexible, and execution-oriented
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Positive and learning mindset
- Ability to handle field teams and promoters
- Frequent field visits
- Walking, standing, and driving during activations
- Phone coordination with teams and vendors
Job Responsibility :-
- Assist in planning and executing BTL activities, ground activations, and promotions
- Coordinate with promoters, vendors, and agencies for smooth execution
- Ensure proper brand visibility and communication at activation sites
- Support roadshows, events, sampling activities, and trade promotions
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor ongoing promotions
- Ensure all BTL activities follow brand guidelines and standards
- Collect market feedback, consumer insights, and competitor activity
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports with photos and feedback
- Coordinate with sales teams to support market and outlet-level promotions
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials and POS assets
- Resolve on-ground issues during activations and report to seniors
