BTL Marketing Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.

• 3  years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in Food, Hospitality, FMCG, or Automotive sectors.

• Passion for experiential marketing and customer engagement.

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior across Food, Hospitality, and Automobile sectors.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

• Develop and implement BTL marketing campaigns including events, sampling, in-store promotions, experiential activations, roadshows, and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, retail, F&B, and operations, for seamless campaign execution.

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for promotional activities and logistics.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare ROI and post-event reports, and optimize future campaigns.

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, key clients, and partners to enhance brand visibility.

• Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines, sector regulations, and quality standards.

• Integrate digital tools and social media to support BTL activations and lead generation.

• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
