    Job Responsibility :-

    • Welcome and assist students, visitors, and clients in a professional manner
    • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins
    • Manage appointment scheduling for counselors and meetings
    • Maintain front desk records (visitor logs, inquiry tracking, follow-ups)
    • Coordinate with sales and counseling teams for lead handover
    • Support the admission process by providing basic information and documentation guidance
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area

    Who are looking for :-

    The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for all walk-in students, visitors, and inquiries. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth front office operations
