Job Responsibility :-

  • Welcome and assist students, visitors, and clients in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins
  • Manage appointment scheduling for counselors and meetings
  • Maintain front desk records (visitor logs, inquiry tracking, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate with sales and counseling teams for lead handover
  • Support the admission process by providing basic information and documentation guidance
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
