Client Service Executive

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
• Ability to ride a bike/scooter
• Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
• Strong understanding of media and digital landscape
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategy execution
• Ability to manage campaigns from planning to performance tracking
• Strong collaboration skills with creative and production teams
• Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and market trends
• Leadership ability to mentor and guide team members

• Plan, formulate, and execute marketing, promotional, digital, and social media strategies
• Manage client servicing and build strong client relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Ensure campaigns are well-planned and executed to meet objectives
• Present and sell creative concepts and ideas to clients
• Support projects end-to-end, including cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide progress updates
