  • Requirements :-

    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in an advertising or marketing agency.

    • Strong understanding of the media and digital landscape, including social media and integrated marketing channels.

    • Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and perform well under pressure.

    • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

    • A proactive learner with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

    • Mature, dedicated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and stakeholders.

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing, promotion, digital, and social media strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.

    • Manage end-to-end client servicing, maintaining strong relationships and acting as the key point of contact.

    • Ensure marketing campaigns are strategically planned and flawlessly executed across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.

    • Present and sell creative concepts, campaign strategies, and marketing solutions to clients and prospective accounts.

    • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching creative ideas to potential clients.

    • Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including media planning, creative development, production, and performance tracking.

    • Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.

    • Manage project timelines, cost estimates, budgets, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

    • Ensure high standards of customer care by keeping clients informed of project progress and delivering consistent service quality.

    • Mentor and support team members to foster collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
