Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred)
Experience handling premium or high-value clients
Strong understanding of campaign strategy and brand building

Job Responsibility :-

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong long-term relationships
Lead strategic planning and campaign direction aligned with client goals
Translate client briefs into insight-driven strategies and actionable plans
Provide proactive recommendations based on trends, data, and brand needs
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, production) for timely delivery
Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews
Monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous optimization
Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-selling
Manage multiple accounts while maintaining high-quality communication
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and client expectations for smooth execution
