- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred)
- Experience handling premium or high-value clients
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy and brand building
Job Responsibility :-
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong long-term relationships
- Lead strategic planning and campaign direction aligned with client goals
- Translate client briefs into insight-driven strategies and actionable plans
- Provide proactive recommendations based on trends, data, and brand needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, production) for timely delivery
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous optimization
- Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-selling
- Manage multiple accounts while maintaining high-quality communication
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and client expectations for smooth execution
