Senior Client Service Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred)
• Experience handling premium or high-value clients
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy and brand building

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong long-term relationships
• Lead strategic planning and campaign direction aligned with client goals
• Translate client briefs into insight-driven strategies and actionable plans
• Provide proactive recommendations based on trends, data, and brand needs
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, production) for timely delivery
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous optimization
• Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-selling
• Manage multiple accounts while maintaining high-quality communication
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and client expectations for smooth execution
