    Requirements :-

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor running.
    • Experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong documentation and computer skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
    • Familiarity with Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Google products (Gmail, Drive, Maps, Meet), Viber, and WhatsApp.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and record management skills.

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Managing front desk operations and greeting visitors professionally.
    • Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Assisting clients and providing necessary information about services.
    • Maintaining and organizing documents, records, and reports.
    • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with team members.
    • Managing office supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
    • Handling basic accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records and invoices.
    • Assisting in daily administrative tasks and documentation work.
    • Ensuring confidentiality and proper management of sensitive information.
    • Supporting office operations and other duties as assigned.
