Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor running.
- Experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Familiarity with Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Google products (Gmail, Drive, Maps, Meet), Viber, and WhatsApp.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and record management skills.
Job Responsibility :-
- Managing front desk operations and greeting visitors professionally.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assisting clients and providing necessary information about services.
- Maintaining and organizing documents, records, and reports.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with team members.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records and invoices.
- Assisting in daily administrative tasks and documentation work.
- Ensuring confidentiality and proper management of sensitive information.
- Supporting office operations and other duties as assigned.
