Electrical Engineer

• Execute rooftop solar projects on-site, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Coordinate with designers, procurement, contractors, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor electrical installation, safety, and compliance on-site
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during execution
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Report project progress and challenges to the office/project manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 1–2 years in electrical or renewable energy projects (preferred)
• General understanding of renewable energy systems and PV technology
• Ability to work on-site and occasionally travel to the Kathmandu office

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations
• Hands-on experience or willingness to learn rooftop solar execution
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve on-site technical challenges
• Awareness of safety standards and project management basics
