Requirements :-

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 1–2 years in electrical or renewable energy projects (preferred)
General understanding of renewable energy systems and PV technology
Ability to work on-site and occasionally travel to the Kathmandu office

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations
Hands-on experience or willingness to learn rooftop solar execution
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently and solve on-site technical challenges
Awareness of safety standards and project management basics

Job Responsibility :-

Execute rooftop solar projects on-site, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Coordinate with designers, procurement, contractors, clients, and internal teams
Monitor electrical installation, safety, and compliance on-site
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during execution
Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Report project progress and challenges to the office/project manager
