Draft Person

• Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD based on sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop 3D models and layouts using SketchUp or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Prepare detailed item-wise Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with accurate measurements, calculations, quantities, and unit rates.
• Use Microsoft Excel for calculations and BOQ preparation, Microsoft Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for project presentations.
• Revise and update drawings while maintaining proper version control and document management.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and project compliance.
• Visit project sites when required to verify measurements, collect site information, and assist in BOQ preparation.
• Ensure all drawings and documents comply with applicable standards, specifications, and project timelines.
• Maintain organized project records and support the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in drafting, BOQ preparation, or engineering support.
• Experience in HVAC, commercial kitchen, MEP, or related building services projects is preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Draft Person to prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and item-wise Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC, commercial kitchen, and other building-related engineering projects (excluding architectural design).
