Content Strategist / Content Manager

• 5+ years of relevant experience specifically in a digital advertising or creative agency.

• Strong background in content strategy, social media strategy, and content planning.

• Ability to develop creative communication strategies based on different brand objectives and target audiences.

• Experience leading and coordinating content writers, creators, and designers.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, storytelling, and various content formats.

• Ability to independently take ownership of the content function/department when required.

• Team management or mentoring experience will be an advantage.

• Strong proficiency with AI-powered content and productivity tools.

• Develop content and communication strategies aligned with brand objectives.

• Create content pillars, monthly content calendars, themes, campaign ideas, captions, copy, and video/reel scripts.

• Lead and coordinate content writers, content creators, and designers.

• Work closely with Client Servicing and Creative teams to translate brand requirements into effective content.

• Review, edit, and maintain content quality before client presentation.

• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, tone, and visual-content direction.

• Track digital trends and identify opportunities for fresh and engaging content.

• Manage content workflows and ensure timely delivery of planned content.

• Mentor team members and improve overall content quality and productivity.

• Take ownership of the content department and ensure smooth end-to-end execution when required.

• Leverage AI tools to improve content research, ideation, creation, and workflow efficiency.
