Digital Marketing Specialist

• Practical experience executing and monitoring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to assist in setting up paid advertising campaigns and optimize day-to-day performance
• Hands-on experience using GA4 to track website traffic, leads, and conversion metrics
• Good understanding of basic SEO, copywriting principles, and digital marketing funnels
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently
• Strong collaboration skills when working with marketing and creative teams
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, education, or digital marketing agencies will be an advantage

• Execute and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities while meeting engagement and lead-generation objectives

• Maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels in line with overall marketing strategies

• Monitor advertising budgets and landing-page performance to support efficient customer acquisition

• Implement UTM parameters and GA4 tracking accurately across active campaigns

• Regularly audit campaign performance and identify bottlenecks, underperforming campaigns, and creative fatigue

• Optimize campaigns based on performance data, audience behavior, and business objectives

• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, developers, and other team members for timely campaign execution

• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights and recommendations to the marketing team
