• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge or experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong content creation skills for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos using a camera or smartphone.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
• Strong customer engagement skills with a professional and friendly communication style.
• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, Reels, graphics, and short-form content.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and manage content across all Meesa.shop social media platforms.
• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns and daily social media posts.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and other marketing content.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and create timely, relevant content.
• Assist in planning and managing paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other digital platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and content creators to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
