Client Servicing Manager

• Experience: 5–8+ years in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.

• Strong experience in client servicing and account management.

• Proven track record of independently managing major brands/accounts.

• Experience leading senior client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a client servicing team.

• Strong understanding of creative, content, digital, and campaign processes.

• Good commercial understanding of estimates, POs, billing, timelines, and account growth.

• Lead and mentor the existing Client Servicing team.

• Own key client accounts and build long-term client relationships.

• Lead senior-level client meetings, presentations, and reviews.

• Coordinate with creative, content, digital, media, and other internal teams.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, estimates, POs, and billing.

• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Monitor account performance, budgets, and campaign delivery.

• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality.
