    • Requirements :-

    • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering + valid license
    • 3+ years relevant experience
    • Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations & BBS
    • Proficient in AutoCAD & Advanced Excel (Revit is a plus)

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
    • Interpret architectural, structural & MEP drawings
    • Coordinate with site and design teams
    • Identify and resolve site/design issues
