Junior VDC Engineer (Architect)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural BIM/VDC projects.
• Basic understanding of construction project stages and workflows.
• Familiarity with architectural coordination and BIM processes.
• Understanding of architectural components such as walls, floors, roofs, doors, and windows.
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within project teams.

• Develop and update architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Assist in architectural design development and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination review processes.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Produce and revise architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
• Support senior engineers in resolving coordination and constructability issues.
• Maintain proper levels, grids, scopes, and documentation standards within models.
• Understand and apply LOD (Level of Development) requirements in BIM deliverables.
• Assist in preparing project submissions according to milestone requirements.
• Follow company BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and construction standards.
