 Master's degree in relevant field - either sales or marketing or business

administration

 Experience of working as a sales leader role in a high-ticket item industry for a minimum of 3 years. Minimum experience of 8 yrs overall

 Strong Leadership skills. One should be able to motivate & manage a team

setting clear expectations

 Ability to communicate effectively with Clients, stakeholders and team members

 Strong strategic thinking skills including the ability to identify and evaluate

opportunities

 Adaptable to changing business dynamics

 Analytical thinking and stakeholder management

Job Responsibility :-

 Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize revenue

 Define the approach for the overall customer conversion and retention

 Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client

satisfaction and revenue growth

 Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets

 Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports

 Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships

 Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable

legislations, to manage customer data

 Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and

practices

 Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for better opportunities

 Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share and

distribution channels to guide promotions and sponsorships.

 Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets

 Provide input to the Content Development team based on customer and industry feedback

 Recommend changes in pricing structures whenever necessary
