Account Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally (mandatory) and knowledge of the latest accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
• Smart, responsible, and detail-oriented with good analytical skills.

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Process payroll and statutory payments.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Maintain inventory and expense records.
• Coordinate with auditors and management when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
