Business Head

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience
• At least 5 years in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Key Account Management
• Proven track record of closing institutional clients (banks, insurance companies, government, or large corporates in Nepal)
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Background in B2B services, logistics, financial services, outsourcing, or similar industries
• Experience leading teams of 5–15 members

• Drive new client acquisition and build a strong institutional sales pipeline
• Close high-value enterprise deals across sectors
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (CEOs, MDs, Board members)
• Expand business presence across banking, insurance, manufacturing, NGOs, and government sectors
• Identify and execute inorganic growth opportunities (branches, partnerships)
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and deal structuring
• Deliver quarterly sales targets and revenue forecasts
• Oversee archiving operations and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Drive client retention and long-term account growth
• Monitor operational efficiency and basic financial performance
• Manage cross-functional teams (sales, operations, coordination)
• Ensure compliance with document handling and security standards
• Report performance and business updates to leadership
