Business Development Officer

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Strong willingness to conduct regular field visits and attend client meetings.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

• Involve in sales and marketing-related activities.

• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company goals.

• Identify target markets, generate leads, and perform business development activities.

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly sales targets to ensure consistent achievement.

• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, reports, and forms.

• Develop proposals, presentations, and business pitches based on client needs.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Possess basic knowledge of digital marketing.

• Willing to perform extensive field visits.

• Conduct regular field visits for client acquisition and relationship management.
